The workshop (2nd part of the MBTI® assessment session) is held in French. A B2 level is mandatory for attendees.
Throughout their career, EPFL alumni often need to assess their personality traits and professional motivations, in order to develop their self-understanding and softskills.
EPFL Alumni offers the MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) assessment since this semester.
The MBTI® instrument is based on the analytical psychology theory developed by the Swiss physician & psychiatrist Dr. Carl Gustav Jung.
Why make a MBTI® assessment?
The MBTI® instrument is the best known and most trusted personality assessment on the market.
The MBTI profile reveals how we see and interact with the world, giving insight into our motivation and the motivation of others. This provides a strong foundation for personal growth and development, underpinning enhanced personal effectiveness.
How is the MBTI® assessment organized?
The MBTI® assessment session provided by EPFL Alumni consists of two parts:
1/ Online Test:

The test is usually sent in French. On demand, it is possible to receive it in English or in German.
