This workshop is held in French. A B2 level is mandatory for attendees.
Through out your career path and your personal life, you have to convince people and influence them to achieve your own objectives.
This workshop will teach you the psychology of persuasion and related best practices. In many situations, it will ease you to sell your ideas effectively, to sway decision making or to go beyond relationship issues.
This workshop includes:
- Introduction on the Pr. Robert B. Cialdini theory;
- Presentation of the six key principles of influence;
- Implementation of every principles in small groups;
- Applications overview for career and personal development;
- Deliverable: course materials.

This workshop will be led by Stefano Zanetti (MT’94), who graduated with a Microengineering Diploma (Master’s degree) at EPFL and with a MBA at INSEAD.
Stefano Zanetti benefits from over 20 years of professional experience in the marketing and sales fields within leading multinational companies in medical technology and other markets in Europe, USA and Japan. He is currently Sales Director at Edwards Lifesciences. Passionate about sales excellence, he has developed an expertise based on the theory of the psychology of persuasion and on best practices. Stefano Zanetti is a keynote speaker at conferences for the MedTech industry and gives training seminars for executives, engineers, employees and entrepreneurs.
